8 weeks / 2 times per week

You can only register for level 2 if you have already completed Level 1.

After you learned all the basics about strength training and your health, you can get to the second step of your journey. In level 2 we dive deeper into training principles. You will train only twice a week, for a span of eight weeks.

We will address more barbell techniques like barbell back squat and barbell dead lift. We will teach you how to SAFELY work with heavier weights. Next to these major total body exercises we will keep teaching you new kettlebell techniques and we will always reserve some time for conditioning work.

In level 2 you will be challenged to keep track of your training results and you will learn how to train more autonomously.

Next group will start only when there will be at least 8 people signed up.
