Single Sessions

Join our grouptrainings with a ‘single sessions’ credit

If you are in between levels, if you don’t have time for a six or eight-week project or just want to get challenged and be outside, the single sessions grouptrainings are a great option for you.

We host single sessions 4 times a week and they have different schedules every week. We always work on core, basic movement, stability and mobility.

Mon – Wed – Thu from 19:00h – 20:15h
Sat from 12:00h – 13:15h

Basic knowledge on training is required for these grouptrainings. You can join these trainings if you have completed Level1, Level2 or Level3, or have had personal training here at GO! before. If you haven’t, you are more than welcome to sign up for either one of those trainings!
