A word from our founder Teun

Teun has over 15 years pf experience with personal training. He’s is a finished practitioner of:

ALO Amsterdam – Sports education
Dutch Strength – All strength and personal training courses
Dr. Stuart McGill – Lower Back Specialist
HVA – Sports Performance.


“I have always believed in a pain-free, optimally functioning body. My confidence in my physical abilities drives me to MOVE and to GO!

I channel this passion through strength training to empower and adjust my body, enabling me to perform physical activities and all the sports that I love such as surf, hiking, snowboard, climbing and many other outdoor activities.

It is my goal to help and inspire everyone around me to go outside, surpass their limits and create this passion for movement and confidence in their bodies, so they’re also able to perform any activity they want. I enjoy training diverse groups of people at GO! and seeing their growth and confidence gives me a lot of energy and it’s what drives me to keep helping people to grow.”
