Level 3 at Go Outdoors has been great. Thanks to the intense programming of focusing on two moves for 4 weeks, it has allowed me to really see the progression with my strength training.

Each session finishes with a fast cardio circuit which means that my overall fitness has improved vs just strength. The expertise & focus that both Teun & Casper have on technique & form, means that I’ve felt confident to lift very heavy weights throughout the sessions.

Training outdoors has also been a blessing in disguise, might not sound that appetizing through the winter but everything from the lights, the heaters, the equipment & the layouts meant that we’ve been able to train just as well as we would anywhere else, with the added safety bonus.
